Transitioning from NarTax to My Tax Refund Express and finally to Refundable Tax Services LLC, the company undergoes a significant rebrand. This includes the creation of a client portal to better serve their clients virtually, reflecting their commitment to innovation and client satisfaction.

As tax season arrives again, the business operates with the same integrity and excellence. Providing virtual meetings and easy accessibility through WhatsApp. Unfortunately, William's health declines, and he passes away on June 3rd, 2023. During this difficult time, Narmy and the children strive to keep the family and the business together, honoring William's legacy.

As clients frequently expressed their trust in Narmy, saying, "We trust you, Narmy," William was inspired to establish In Narmy We Trust LLC to expand services. That same year, he was diagnosed with stage 4 renal cell carcinoma. Despite his illness, the family continues to serve their clients with unwavering dedication, giving up their physical office location to work strictly remotely.

2020

The family made a memorable return to New York in 2018 with their newest addition, their seventh child. This homecoming not only delighted their clients but also marked a special moment of growth and celebration for the family and their business community.

In the bustling neighborhoods of the Bronx and Brooklyn, New York, a story of unwavering determination and love began. Narmy, a 23-year-old resilient Puerto Rican woman with two young children, worked tirelessly at three jobs to make ends meet. Despite the challenges, her spirit remained unbroken. Her soon-to-be husband, William, was in his late 20s with no job or driver's license, but he had a dream and the heart to pursue big things.

Together, Narmy and William faced their hardships head-on. After five years of being together and pregnant with their first child, they found stability as bus drivers. Their journey took a pivotal turn after the tragic events of 9/11/2001, which inspired them to learn about taxes. By 2002, their newfound knowledge blossomed into an accounting business they started from their tiny apartment.

In 2004, the family moved to the Sunshine State, Florida, where they welcomed their second child and William legally adopted Narmy’s two daughters. Despite their relocation, their dedication to their clients in New York never wavered. Every tax season, Narmy and William traveled back to New York, providing essential services to their growing client base, and returned to Florida in the off-season.

Their commitment and hard work paid off, and they were able to open an office in Brooklyn. The family grew, blessed with seven children and a dog, as their business flourished. However, the world changed dramatically with the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020. Social distancing and financial hardships forced them to close their beloved Brooklyn office, altering the life they had known.

Amidst the pandemic's turmoil came devastating news: William was diagnosed with stage 4 renal cell carcinoma cancer. Despite this, the family's resilience shone through as they continued working the tax season from their home in Florida. For three years, William fought valiantly, embodying the strength and perseverance that defined their journey.

On June 3rd, 2023, William's battle with cancer came to an end. His passing was a profound loss, but his legacy of hard work, dedication, and love lived on. Narmy and her children, determined to honor his memory, continued to keep the business alive. Their story is one of triumph over adversity, a testament to the power of family, and the enduring legacy of a man who never gave up on his dreams.

Refundable Tax Services LLC and In Narmy We Trust LLC stand as symbols of resilience, dedication, and the enduring spirit of a family that turned their struggles into a thriving business. Narmy and her children carry forward William's legacy, serving clients across the nation with the same integrity and excellence that defined their journey from the Bronx and Brooklyn to the Sunshine State and beyond.

Our story is not just about numbers and taxes; it's about a family's unwavering commitment to each other and their clients, a legacy that continues to inspire future generations.
